Office Cleaning service is a professional cleaning service designed for business premises with all shapes and sizes and could be used on daily, weekly, fortnightly or one off basis. 2 hours office cleaning with standard or customer tailored cleaning specification (below) to suit the cleaning requirements and time duration. Advanced office cleaning systems and energy efficient equipment are used for high quality office cleaning and Health & Safety standards. Only experienced and fully vetted cleaners are employed. Sufficient public liability and employer’s liability insurance is in place at all times.

Office cleaning specification 

(Standard office cleaning specification (below) must be amended to suit the cleaning requirements and time duration ) 

Daily / Weekly / Fortnightly

Entrance lobbies, stairs, landings, reception, offices, meeting and training rooms

  • All carpet flooring and entrance matting would be thoroughly vacuumed.
  • Hard floors would be vacuumed or swept and washed with a neutral detergent solution.
  • Entrance door glazing and internal glass partitions would be cleaned and polished.
  • All furniture, fixtures and fittings, ledges, sills and picture frames (up to 2m height) would be damp wiped, dusted or polished as required.
  • Flat surfaces of computers and other office equipment would be dusted but no control panels and other sensitive areas.
  • All telephone handsets would be sanitised.
  • Waste bins would be emptied and liners would be replaced, waste removed to a designated area.

Kitchen, kitchenettes and canteen area

  • Kitchen sinks and work tops would be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised. All brightwork would be polished.
  • The exterior surfaces of cupboards, fridge and microwave would be damp wiped and buffed.
  • Internal surfaces of microwaves and fridges would be cleaned (daily or weekly)
  • Hard floor surfaces would be thoroughly wet/dry mopped and sanitised.
  • All kitchen fixtures and fittings would be damp wiped or dusted and polished.
  • Canteen tables would be washed and sanitised.
  • Consumable items would be replenished from stocks.
  • Finger marks would be removed from all entrance door glazing and glass partitions.
  • Any washing up left in the kitchen areas would be washed using the dishwashing facilities provided.
  • Waste bins would be emptied and liners would be replaced, waste removed to a designated area.

Washroom,Toilet areas

  • Toilet bowls and urinals should be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised as would toilet seats. Particular attention being given to toilet seat hinge areas to prevent any build up of deposit.
  • Wash basins would be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised. All brightwork would be polished to a shine.
  • Hard floor surfaces would be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
  • Waste bins would be emptied and liners would be replaced, waste removed to a designated area.
  • All pipework, sills, ledges and other fixtures and fittings would be damp wiped/dusted.
  • Consumable items would be replenished from your own stocks (which we can supply if required for an additional charge).

Terms and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 24 h prior to appointment or if less than 24 h a min charge of £8.00 will apply.

Restrictions: Must be 18 or older. This service is subject to availability and runs Mon-Sun. Price includes labour only and NO cleaning materials and equipment. Parking fee and CC may apply. 2 hours OFFICE CLEANING  is a professional cleaning service, designed for business premises with all shapes and sizes and could be used on daily, weekly or fortnightly bases with standard or customer tailored cleaning specification (above) to suit the cleaning requirements and time duration. The property should be in London within M25. The cost is for hourly office cleaning only  and additional charge would apply for removing and disposing bulk rubbish, protection wrapping, personal belongings, cleaning pets’ hair and stains, carpet cleaning, water pick up after flood, stain treatment and scotch guard treatment of carpets, deep cleaning blinds, balconies, external window and facade cleaning and any other service which has not been included in cleaning specification. If any specialist cleaning services like hard floor cleaning (floor stripping, scrubbing, polishing ), paint splashes removing, external window cleaning, deep cleaning of kitchen appliances and  etc. is required, additional charge would apply.
