Flat Cleaning specification: Bedroom, lounge, reception, stairs and corridors

• Floors and surfaces would be vacuumed and dusted.
• Flat furniture, fixtures and fittings would be damp wiped, dusted and polished
• Windows (inside only) would be washed and polished
• Internal glass partitions and furniture would be washed and polished
• Floors would be washed, sanitised with a neutral detergent solution or dry mopped
• Waste bins would be emptied, washed and disposed to designated point

 Kitchen, kitchenettes

• Exterior and interior surfaces of all kitchen cupboards would be cleaned and polished
• Exterior of kitchen appliances would be cleaned and polished where possible
• Standard interior cleaning of oven, hob and kitchen extractor would be performed

Please note: If professional Deep oven, hob, extractor cleaning is required, it must be ordered separately as separate service.

• Kitchen sink and tops would be cleaned, sanitised and polished
• All bright work would be polished to shine
• Hard floor surfaces would be cleaned and sanitise
• Flat fixtures and fittings would be wiped and dusted

Bathroom and Toilet

• Bath tub and shower fixtures would be cleaned , sanitized and descaled
• Wash basins would be cleaned and sanitized and descaled
• Areas around taps, waste and overflow outlets would be cleaned and polished
• All bright work would be polished to shine
• Toilet bowls, toilet seats would be cleaned, sanitized, descaled and polished
• Tiled walls, cubicle partitions and mirrors would be cleaned and polished
• Waste bins would be emptied, washed and disposed to designated point
• Hard floor surfaces would be cleaned and sanitise

Carpet cleaning specification

• All carpeted floors would be visually checked for
• Depth of soil and signs of permanent staining
• Poor fixings or joints to prevent splits and  shrinkage
• Carpets  would be fiber and dye tested where necessary
• Carpets would be comb piled to separate matted pile for more effective extraction
• Carpets would be vacuumed to extract dust and grit
• Carpets would be pre-treated using specially formulated  traffic lane cleaner
• Deep carpet cleaning would be performed using hot water extraction method
• All edges, stairs and other ares with difficult access would be hand cleaned
• Carpet pile would be realigned and combed up

Terms and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 24 h prior to appointment. Less than 24 h min charge £45.00 if we couldn’t fill the slot with another job

Restrictions: Must be 18 or older. This service is subject to availability and runs Mon-Sun 07.00-20.00. Two bed flat with one bathroom must be in London within M25 with overall size max up to 70 sqm/753 sq ft and to comprise of Two Bedrooms, Living room,  Kitchen, Bathroom and corridor.  The property and floors must be empty and clear of personal belongings, cloths, equipment, building materials and furniture which is not part of the flat’s fixtures (beds, build in wardrobes, kitchen and bathroom units, large appliances, dining/coffee tables ). The price is estimate and additional charge will apply for removing and disposing bulk rubbish and furniture, protection wrapping, personal belongings, cleaning pets’ hair and stain treatment, upholstery cleaning, water pick up after flood, scotch guard treatment of carpets, blinds cleaning, balconies, external windows and facade cleaning and any other service which has not been included in the above cleaning specification. If any specialist cleaning services like hard floor cleaning (floor stripping, scrubbing, polishing ), paint splashes removing, external window cleaning, kitchen appliances deep cleaning and  etc. is required, additional charge will apply.
